Support Our Nurses – Protest CMC’s Corporate Campaign Against Their Union

On December 1st, Cayuga Medical Center nurses asked management recognize Cayuga United – CWA and to begin bargaining for a collective agreement. Almost three-quarters of the nurses signed the petition! Management not only refused but instead embarked on a corporate union-busting campaign, hiring an arsenal of anti-union consultants and lawyers – diverting hospital resources away from patient care.

By sending this short letter to CMCs CEO, Rob Lawlis, you will stand with our nurses in their effort to strengthen patient safety, improve staffing, and retain experienced caregivers who serve our community every day.
